April 5, 2024 was more than just a date on the calendar—it was a night to celebrate our Wellfit Team.
Over 250+ Wellfit team members gathered at the Crowne Plaza for an unforgettable evening under the stars and the glow of the Dubai skyline. The Wellfit Annual Gala Awards 2025 was more than a ceremony—it was a vibrant tribute to the passion, resilience, and unity that powered our success through 2024.
Guiding the evening with charisma and warmth were this year’s hosts—Jon Solanor and Najiah Alfadl—whose energy brought the room together and made the night truly memorable.
From the very first arrival, the atmosphere was alive. Elegant attire met easy laughter, and every conversation carried the kind of pride that only comes from showing up, doing the work, and being part of something bigger. The setting was stunning. The food, flawless. The people? Even better.

This year’s winners were celebrated with more than applause. Prizes included over AED 65,000 in cash and vouchers, a luxury yacht experience, and an 85-inch QLED TV—a meaningful thank-you to those who consistently go above and beyond, lifting the standard for what’s possible.
As Gareth Jones, COO of Wellfit, shared on the night: “It was a wonderful 2024 for Wellfit — and tonight is all about recognising and rewarding our people. Every day, this team works tirelessly to provide the best fitness and wellness experience to our members. It was my absolute privilege to present these awards and celebrate the incredible individuals behind our progress.”
