With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and with six years of college in personal training, sport science, nutrition and psychology paired with a decade of hands-on experiences as a personal trainer, she knows how to help you reach your goals. Exercise and good health is deeply personal to her because she has experienced the absence of both and witnessed firsthand the toll it takes on the mind and body. She focuses on really getting to know her clients in order to be able to understand how she can help them succeed in all aspects.
