Tahoe Fit offers over 20+ classes a week with a variety of workouts including cardio, indoor cycling, Pilates, Barre, yoga, kickboxing, strength, functional movement, core conditioning, walking, running, and hiking. In addition we have unique quarterly classes designed to take advantage of the season and Lake Tahoe surroundings like winter sports conditioning, stand up paddle boarding, marathon training, sprint triathlon training, and guided mountain biking!
