Wellfit Junior Martial Arts

This is where confidence begins.

Wellfit Junior Martial Arts is a values-driven youth program available across four world-class Wellfit clubs in Dubai and Sharjah.

Designed around character-building, not combat, our junior martial arts program uses the disciplines of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) to instill confidence, resilience, and discipline in children aged 5 to 15.

Led by certified coaches and guided by federated curriculums (UAEJJF, IBJJF, UAEMMAF, AJP), our program ensures every child trains in a safe, structured, and inspiring environment — no matter their experience level. Each session is purposefully designed to teach not just movement, but mindset.

Martial Arts

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) – Term 2 (2026)

Open to boys and girls aged 5 to 15. This class develops coordination, confidence, and emotional resilience in a safe and structured environment—using Jiu-Jitsu as a tool for growth, not aggression. Curriculum follows UAEJJF and IBJJF standards.
