Wellfit to open largest fitness club in Dubai Marina by end-2024
- State-of-the-art 35,000 sqft space will be spread across two floors in Al Fattan Marine Towers
- Wellfit’s fourth flagship fitness centre in the UAE to feature hi-tech equipment and comprehensive wellness and recovery services
Wellfit is preparing to open its fourth flagship fitness centre in Dubai Marina’s Al Fattan Marine Towers by the end of 2024. At over 35,000 square feet in size and spread over two floors, the state-of-the-art facility will be the largest gym in the Dubai Marina area.
Strategically located on The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence, the adults-only Wellfit Marina will boast an exclusive 2,000-member capacity, offering a high-end member experience, personalised services, a premium spa and recovery amenities.
Wellfit Marina will contain dedicated zones for HIIT and functional workouts, in addition to a cardio zone equipped with top-of-the-line equipment from Life Fitness SE4, Symbio, collarless bars from Gungnir of Norway and the Freemotion CoachBike, which immersively inclines and declines depending on the virtual terrain and is recognised as the most interactive cycling machine internationally.
Additional features at Wellfit Marina include an outdoor CrossFit space, two studios for group exercise and spinning, a mixed martial arts (MMA) striking area, a coffee bar and a members’ lounge.
In a first for a UAE fitness club, Wellfit Marina will also feature comprehensive wellness and recovery services that are integrated into membership fees, meaning that members do not have to pay extra to use these amenities.
These include cryo and hydro massage beds and mobility and recovery pods to provide members with cutting-edge relaxation tools, enhancing their overall fitness experience by supporting faster recovery. The facility additionally boasts a premium spa fully equipped with standard sauna, infrared sauna, cold plunges and a steam room to help members with detoxification, weight loss, heart health, relaxation and sleep improvement.

Part of the brand portfolio of UAE master developer Arada, Wellfit now has 13,000 members across its three existing mega-clubs. The company’s first flagship facility, the 75,000 square-foot Wellfit JVC, has been named Superclub of the Year for two years running at the REPs Industry Awards.
Wellfit’s second flagship branch, situated in Meydan, is based on a 368,000 square- foot site, making it one of Dubai’s largest fitness facilities. At the end of 2023, Wellfit Madar opened at Aljada in Sharjah, becoming the largest and most advanced fitness hub in the Emirate.
