Who can sign up for WELLDONE?

All members are automatically enrolled in WELLDONE from their first day of membership, and you receive your initial points just by signing up.

What is the WELLDONE Tiering System?

The WELLDONE Tiering System is based on your average weekly training frequency. After four weeks of consistent training, you’ll be assigned a tier with specific benefits.

How do I move up a tier?

To move up a tier, maintain a consistent training frequency. For instance, if you’re currently in Tier 2 by training twice a week, you must train three times a week to move up to Tier 3 and maintain this frequency.

How do I drop to a lower tier?

Your tier will decrease immediately if you complete a week with fewer training sessions than your current tier. For example, if you’re in Tier 4 and train only three times the following week, your tier will drop to 3.
